31 Dec 1961 Mercedes SL 190 Silver
The Mercedes 190 SL (R121) was introduced at the 1954 New York Auto Show, as an attractive and more affordable alternative to the exclusive 300 SL Roadster. It was based on the small saloon W121, and shared the basic styling, engineering and fully independent suspension with its exclusive 300 SL brother. The engine was a 1,9 litre 4-cilinder unit, based on the 300 SL's straigt six, and fitted with twin-choke dual Solex carburettors producing 105 bhp. Mercedes-Benz built 25.881 units of this popular roadster between 1955 and 1963, and it is still one of the most beautiful cars they ever made.
This originally US delivered car has recently had a full restoration (body, interior and mechanics).
Car is complete with soft and hard top, tools and manuals.
Very nice car to drive and cruise the countryside.
